Situated in what was originally an art gallery, Space 07 salon prides itself in decorating its walls with art from local artists of all medias. From pictorial adventures of local photographers and the abstract expressionism found in a multitude of paintings to politically-influenced and perhaps a little risque pieces, Space 07 Salon works in the culture of Sacramento featuring the work of artists from all backgrounds and influences to appropriately represent its surrounding community and its clientele.

Southside Art Center

Southside’s Arts Program is a vibrant, exciting and progressive program, designed to bring out the talents and abilities of our artists, and to develop self-confidence through artistic expression.

Southside’s visual and performing arts studios provide new choices. Our visual arts program may include painting, drawing, ceramics, sculpture, woodworking, wire sculpture, knitting, mask making and many other choices. We encourage our artists to create their own projects and methods of working, in order to develop their artistic voice.

Many of our artists choose to exhibit and sell their art at Southside Art Center Gallery and other community exhibitions in the Sacramento area. The artists at Southside have a great time creating art, and many are empowered from their artwork that is sold.
